acquired by Medibay Oy

EndoTraders Finland Oy will transfer to a new owner as of October 10, 2025. The acquisition is part of a strategic development aimed at strengthening EndoTraders’ position in both domestic and international markets.

The new owner will be Medibay Oy, a company with strong experience in healthcare technology and the hospital equipment sector in Finland. As a result of the acquisition, EndoTraders’ personnel will continue in their current roles, and all customer relationships and services will remain unchanged.

Our company’s facilities are located in Lahti, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries in all situations without delays. For our contract customers, we maintain a safety stock of supplies in Lahti covering more than six months of demand.

Our professional service team ensures that the devices operate safely, remain available for use, and that scheduled maintenance is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and on time.
